Red Plugin is the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) designed for the tourism industry. Based on Salesforce.com the most successful CRM On Demand of the world. This CRM was customized by our team to adapt to the needs of touristic providers of Mexico and the World. This effort of three very successful companies, Viajez.com, Sabre and Salesforce.com generated an unique product with the ability to listen to what the sales agents are doing on the Sabre platform. Once a reservation is finished, the agents can send the reservation to the CRM at the press of a button. This information is then stored in the contact's consumer history that may or may not belong to a Corporate account.
