Innomius Technologies' Mission



This planet's history has always been defined by human tendencies. In the 16th century, humans spent their time sailing through seas, the study of cartography, finding new worlds, new flavors, and new civilizations. During the 19th century, the age of steam engines, industrialization, machines, when men worked to conquer mechanics. During the 20th century, after long and cruel wars, the idea of better democracies gained strength, as well as a strong value of men's rights. During our century, the 21st, the tendency seems to be well defined, among others, as a time to develop technology; create technology that allows us to conquer knowledge, get closer to the cosmos, understand medicine, and solve scientific puzzles that without machines would be impossible to solve. We must become a part of the new digital age that each day seeks more and more to become more human like while upgrading systems. People from Russia, Poland, India, Argentina, Mexico, U.S, Uruguay and hundreds of other nations are active participants of this new human tendency in favor of technology.

Using this as a starting point and desiring to explain what our company is, we must first leave clear that we are a very distinct company and there are two fundamental points that distinguish us:

1. We are convinced that human groups should encounter niches in the market where they can innovate freely, to give rise to creativity. If human groups have to compete against other companies, they begin to waste their energy and creativity fighting against other market players. If, on the other hand, companies focused on competing against themselves, far from spying, stealing ideas or envying the work of other companies, they spend their time finding their own ways and improving their own products; this can only lead to success. To achieve this, it is necessary that the organization can be critical of itself, learn from its own mistakes, keep their successes and have the agility to dynamically adapt to changes. Of course, this must happen without the organization loosing its esence that provides its soul. We have learnt to admire the competition's work, give merit to whoever deserves it and to continuously improve what once made us proud.

2. Our company is more correctly a life project shared by a wonderful team. It is a team that knows how to enjoy everyday work and become passionate about the things that are developed each morning. This is the second point that makes us different, our work team. To be a small, great company. We have the common misconception that big companies are powerful and very efficient yet we have found while working with big organizations that there is nothing better than the adapting speed of the small company. Creating a work team is a terrific challenge. Learning to respect one another and never putting anyone in undesirable positions. Groups of people with harmonic dynamics where professional envy or rivalry don't exist are groups that can collaborate. This is essential for the development of any project.
